1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Erebus Analytics website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Erebus Analytics provides physician-level margin intelligence and data analytics to pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our deliverables include data classifications, analytical reports, and structured datasets designed to complement existing commercial analytics.
3. Use of Information
Our services provide data classification and analysis for informational purposes only. How you use this information in your business operations is your sole responsibility. We provide intelligence; you make business decisions. Erebus Analytics does not provide operational guidance, strategic recommendations, or direction for clinical decision-making.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of our business relationship. Specific confidentiality terms will be detailed in individual service agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, databases, and analytical frameworks used by Erebus Analytics remain our proprietary intellectual property. Deliverables provided to clients are licensed for internal business use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Erebus Analytics provides data and intelligence products on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
7. Data Sources
Our analysis is based on publicly available government data sources including Medicare Part D/B, NPPES, HRSA, and similar databases. We do not access or process protected health information (PHI).
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
